I have a tenant who always pays on time by cheque. This month the cheque went missing in the post and she has said she will set up a standing order but has asked if she can pay weekly. Can I accept a weekly payment by Standing Order; will it affect the legalities of the AST in any way,as the AST provides for monthly payments? Do I have to provide a rent book for weekly payment?
