I am currently in the process of renovating a potential 6 bed/3 storey student let.Whilst i have put the necessary H M O application in some time ago, i have had little or no feedback(am being quoted'cut backs' etc) from the H M O team in my area as to whether or not it fully conforms. As the property is virtually complete my concern relates to the fact that i have got students contracted to take the property from Sept 2011, & if for any reason i get my application declined in the meantime i could well be in serious trouble.
Is there anybody who has experienced something similiar/could give me advice on what course to take/know of some professional help(H M O expert/consultant etc). The property is in the Manchester area. Many thanks
