Tenant notice given - landlord rights?

My tenants have given one months notice and I am happy to accept this but wondered what my rights are now.

Can I arrange with them to show prospective new tenants around during this time or am I required to wait until they go?

What notice do I have to give them to inspect the property?

They did not pay a deposit at the start, should I still broach repairs? ie they have stripped wallpaper from one wall yet not redecorated it?
