12 months tenancy. The tenant wished to leave early - two months into the tenancy. we offered to install new tenant, but the
landlord not happy, stalling accepting new tenant - want the tenants deposit (held by the deposit scheme)and wants to end contract with us alleging mis-management. He said send the tenancy agreement to the deposit scheme, they will release the deposit seeing breach of tenancy agreement.Can I have the deposit scheme sort out the matter with the tenant and landlord ? We fully manage the property
