Hi,

i'm going to rent a 6 bedroomed property to students. i have been looking at the RLA AST but not sure how to fill it out.

i want to place each student on a seperate agreement (for their room) but they will share communal spaces, kitchen, lounge etc, they will also share the bills between them, how do i reflect this in the RLA AST?

yes the property is a HMO and has got all the requirements fulfilled and i will be applying for a licence......its really the indiv asts that has got me confused.
