Currently have tennant owing three weeks rent. After 4 telephone calls &one letter, i don't think i am going to get any more money. my question is. Do i issue a section 8 now giving him the 15 days upon which he will be 5 weeks behind, at which time i will start court proceedings. Taking in to account that the hearing date will be at least 4 further weeks, so giving a total of 9 weeks in total the court will i presume will order an eviction. Or should i wait for the 8 weeks to start with.
