I have won eviction against a tenant who is now required to pay cost of £229.00 if he does not pay this when he is evicted what happens then?
Also what happens to his belongings that maybe left in my property who's responsibility is it to remove ?
The tenant is on housing benefit can I charge the local authority whilst his belongings are in my property?
