I have a tennant on a 12 month shorthold tenancy which is due to end in november. I am happy for the tenancy to continue after the term ends and I believe the tennant would like to stay in occupation.

What forms do I need to serve for the tenancy to continue as shorthold and if we increase the rent is there any other further forms to serve and what are the timescales involved with each form.
