hI,

I served a tenant with a Section 21b at the start of his tenancy, the six months has lapsed and I want to take possession of the property what do I do now? Do I write a letter to the tenant to say that I intend to seek possession of the property which will hopefully prompt him to move out of do I have to fill out a court form and pay the £150.00 now.

Would be grateful to hear from anyone who can suggest what to do here.
