Hi everyone,

Section 21 was issued to my tenant one month into 6 months AST. I had the section 21 issued by someone. Apparently, they have mis-spelled my first name (landlord's first name on the S21 notice)slihtly, i.e. one letter error on my first name only. Other than this the notice is fine/valid.

Question is: If it gets to the Courts, will the Court reject the S 21 because of a mis-spelling of first name? ANyone with similar experience?
