I received the order for possession today (8/3)- hooray!.
Court orders me possession on or before 15th March.(no reaction from tenant yet!)
All costs to be paid by tenant on or before 15th.

There is a warning that if the money is not paid when it is due I will register the order in the Register of Judgements, Orders &Fines (which may make it difficult for the tenant to get credit)

Can anyone tell me how I go about this process, how long it takes and the costs involved?

I am pretty sure that I will not get any further money and, if and when she goes I will not have a forwarding address. I do know her parents address.

Thank you
