I have issued a section 8, ground 8 &12, he has become anuisance to neighbours and he is getting arressted today for harrassment, the neighbour has made statements. can i get my tenant evicted any faster once the 16 day section 8 notice expires? or do i still have to wait 6-8weeks to get the court hearing?
