The tenants have surrended their tenancy agreement. Saves a lot more grief. Door &frame replaced from bond, but I get the bill from the police for them boarding up after raid. That bill has not come yet. What a strange world we live in. Makes you think about bailing out of the lettings business.
Thanks for the advice that some of you sent me - I have filed it away.(Just in case.)
