I now have another problem.My own fault. My corgi certificates were due to run out on 18th Jan 2007. The tenants were suposed to leave on the 15th Jan so I though wait till they go. They did not leave. Can I still go to court for possession? The section 21 ends tomorow 28th. I guess I should get it renewed except the tenants are extremely agressive.
