Tenancy Types and Management

We use AST agreements downloaded from your website. We wanted to end a tenancy (they are not problem tenants or in arrears) which is due to expire on 31/8/07, early and so we have just used a company called Landlord Action (LA)to issue a S21 notice to end the tenancy in two months ie. by end of March 07. LA have now said that the wording on your AST agreements does not allow the tenancy to be ended early but instead only at the end of the 12 month period. I am sure your wording does not intend this and we would be grateful for your comments on this.
