The tenant was served with a S21 which expired on 31/01/07
and has textd 3 times to cancel appointments to return the property back.
I decided to call today 9/02/07 and have been told by person in flat above she has not lived there since before Xmas.
Obviously been stringing me along deliberately.
Can I automatically take the property back or do I Have to go to court
I am already persuing her through small claims for 4 months rent
