Can anyone help us please?

Do we need to get the tenant to sign a new 6 month ASTA renewal document every 6 months. Or if we send nothing, would the tenancy automatically go onto a month by month basis?

On a month by month basis, do the terms of our original ASTA remain in force or do the terms reduce to a standard set of terms?

Do we need to send the tenant a document to sign for a month to month agreement?

Do Landlords usually get the new tenant to sign the relevant 2
month Notice document at the beginning of the original 6 month ASTA? And, if we went on to a month by month agreement after the initial 6 month ASTA ended, would we have to get them to sign another 2 month Notice document?

Thanks for your help.
