Having completed an N1 form and presented it to the magistrates court 2weeks ago I am weighing up my options having received the Notice of Issue form from the court. In two hours time (5pm) the 2week deadline will have ended.I dont expect my former tenant to ring me up before 5pm to negotiate payment. With this in mind I will most likely tick the A box which states the defendatnt has not filed an admission or defence to my claim.

Can I given that I now know his current address arrange for bailiffs to seize goods value to the arrears? what is the procedure for this?

Are there any other options regarding recovering the arrears owed to me?

Many thanks

Gu
