if a tenant blocks the toilet with sanitary towels, baby wipes or toys whos responsibility is it to unblock. Currently, we have had this problem with a particular tenant on a number of occasions, this time i have sent a plumber who has assertained that it is blocked AGAIN by baby wipes so i have refused to unblock it and advised her to get it unblocked at her own expense and she has threatened to report me to the environmental health, has anyone had any experience of this?
