Before I strat searching. I'm interested to know, after the direct payment route for 8 weeks arrears ceases, is it anticipated that the tenant will be paid the housing component right up to when they are evicted. Or will payment stop and not be paid to tenant or landlord. It just apears the state would be saying we know the rents not being paid, but we'll keep paying the tenant anyway. Probably by the time you issued notice and got to bailif stage the tenant would have had 6 months money, it just seems an odd policy to have no safety net to stop the benefit.
