Dave,

We are about to start our first Company let and i have downloaded the RLA Company let agreement.

I am looking for any pointers, like is 6 months or 12 months better?

What is the tenants name - is it the Company?

Who should I be looking for from the Company to sign? Just a 'responsible person, or Company Secretary?

Anything else that you think may help would be most welcome.
