Wonder if you can answer a few basic questions for me?

1. Can the tenant end the AST before it expires and if so how much notice do they need to give?

2. Can the landlord end the AST before it expires and if so how much notice do they need to give?

3. When the AST expires is it necessary to draw up a new one, and if not under what rules does the tenancy continue?
