I HAVE SPOKEN TO A SOLICITOR TODAY WHO TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE IN ORDER TO BEABLE TO ASK FOR 2MONTHS NOTICE FROM MY TENANTS.THIS WOULD OBVIOUSLY BE BENEFICIAL TO ME AND WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS AM i ABLE TO ALTER YOUR CONTRACTS SAYING THIS OR SHOULD i START TO USE OTHER CONTRACTS THANKS JAN.
