My tenants left the day before the bailiff was due to arrive.
They left behind a lot of items and rubbish. I have given them access on 2 occasions since to remove their items but there is still approx 2 days worth of removals.they came today and took 1 car load and didn't return
How do I stand legally regarding further access. the tenants are saying I have to allow access until all their stuff has been removed but frankly no one wants to spend a day watching them cart rubbish out of the property.
can I charge them the wages to pay someone to house sit whilst they clear out once and for all?
Is there a time limit- the tenants are quoting 16 days from the bailiff date
I would appreciate a speedy response from the help desk on this occasion as the tenants are quite insistent they want access this weekend.
