Noise at night

My tenants are complaining of noise from the next door property. Often drilling and banging late at night ( 12/2 am ) I have asked them to have a word with them but they say that the nieghbour does not except that this is a problem. I have asked my tenants to put the complaint in writing to them. Where do we go from here?
