had a letter in the post this morning (it had been redirected) telling me that if the attempt to gain entry to my property was unsuccessful (which it was) an emergency court injunction would be taken out against me, I have taken up residence in the said house because i now find my self homeless, will they have to get an eviction order to remove me .
