The RLA AST agreement states 'We may repossess the property if you fail to pay us rent 14 days after it is due'. I thought the rent had to be 2 months in arrears before it was possible to start proceedings?

Also, it says 'Allow us to come into the property at all reasonable hours... We will give you 24 yours written notice if we are going to enter the property'. I've been told not to do this as it can be classed as harrassment.

What is the legal position regarding these 2 aspects?
