Completing N5 and N119 Forms?

As the tenants are partners in the same property do I need to complete 3 copies of N5 and N119 forms for each of them or 3 copies for both of them.

If I have to complete 3 copies for each of them will the amount for the court fee still be £150.00 or would it be more, could you confirm if it is more how much it would be?
