Apparently you can't stipulate no pets because you would be discriminating against helping dogs ( for the blind etc ) but you don't have to allow all pets. From experience if you do agree to pets always insist on a flea treatment when they leave. Unfortunately flea infestations don't always become apparent for a few weeks, and they're VERY common!
