I've increasingly been using the RLA guarantor form to avoid deposit hassles. When downloaded, the witness panel comes out on a third page, seperate from the guarantor signature.
I ask for the guarantor to repeat their signature on this last page, but as it's often signed elsewhere it's hard to control.
Does it matter? I could see a court being unimpressed by seperated witness panel if it ever came to enforcing a guarantee; could the document for downloading be rearranged easily? Or am I just being thick with the screen?
