I have five students living in one of my properties on one Asuured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
If I did not serve a Ground 1 Notice under Schedule 2 of the Housing Act, before the start of the tenancy, would I serve a Section 21 Notice at the end of the tenancy to regain possession of the property?
