Moved Out

Hi, I have tenants who appear to have moved out of my property, they have not served notice and did not pay rent which was due 9 days ago. I went up to the property at the weekend and it appears deserted. I have looked through the windows and some kitchen appliances, carpets, all curtains and blinds and other items have been removed from the property. These are my items which were listed in the signed inventory I have in my possession. The tenants seem to have gone. I am now concerned they may come back and steal more things. Do I have any right to re enter the property and change the locks? I have been trying constantly to get in touch with the tenants using the phone numbers I have without any reply.
