We have issued a section 8 to your tenant, can we after this expires claim our property back if we are statified that she no longer lives there. We have been told by a neighbour that she is no longer living there, but seems to have moved someone else not specified in the lease into the house, where do we stand in relation to this unknown individual and how do we get them to vacate the property? Are we legally entitled to change the locks on the property? We also have the problem that this individual has a large dog in the property, Please help.
