I have lodged a court form N5B last thursday with the Court , could you please tell me what happens from here onwards and the time scales involved? Does the court inform me of procedures they do ie issuing possession to the tenant etc and do they confirm that all my papers are in order?.

Rather than go for rent arrears I have gone for the accelerated procedure,If when the tenant leaves the property, either willingly or evicted, can I then claim my unpaid rent back and court costs? I have left court costs etc to be claimed on the form. I was told that the amount owing can be claimed by the court sending bailiffs in, is this correct? thanking you
