Thank you for responding to my post.

I forgot to ask if I am allowed access as he was advised not to let me in on Sunday when he was due to leave?

After the section 21 expired he was give 2 weeks verbal notice to go but it sounds like I may need to go for possession even though he says he has a new tenance.

Plus he is on such a low income would I be wasting my time chasing him for arrears which is quite substantial?
