Hi,

I have a problem tenant who is now £1600 in arrears. So far i have served the section 8, and as of today they have still not paid (been 16 days since i sent notice). I am now sending out the N5 and N119. How long does the process take to evict them?

If they do get evicted and don't pay the rent what is the best way to chase the arrears? Can i threaten them by saying i will get CCJ's against them?
