I have applied for possession of our flat, due to 6 months arrears and have been allocated a hearing date.

What happens in the court hearing?
How do I prepare myself?
Will questions be asked of me?
Do I supply written evidence to the court before the hearing or at the hearing?
If the defendant responds to the claim and I disagree with the comments, do I write to the court before the hearing or advise at the hearing?

This court case is coming up shortly, so I would really appreciate your advise promptly.
