Hello everyone.

What checks do you make for your future tennents?

Credit checks cost money, do you charge a non refundable charge?

Do you ask for 6 months bank statments?

The last 3 addresses?

References, can be easily filled in by the tennent! Do you ask for references?

Any help/advice greatly recieved.
