Dear Helpdesk,

My tenants have according to the neighbours pack up and left their property with just over 6 weeks left on their tenancy. The porperty has also become rather heavily worn during their occupation.

I need to inspect the property, ensure the meter readings are accurate and maintain its security. Thereafter prepare the property for reletting. Communication with the tenants has alawys been difficult.

Any suggestions as to the best way forward and any practical tips on how best to deal with this situation?
