I am considering using debt collectors to collect my rent as the tenants are £2500 in arrears.
I imagine that they won't keep up with the payments so would I be just throwing good money after bad? I could end up paying the debt collectors and not getting my rent.
Would using debt collectors strengthen my case for getting them evicted?
I have issued a section 8 and I'm considering going back to court (after messing up my first attempt by not having a copy of the section 8 with me).
