Hi guys
My tenant did not pay his rent by standing order at the end of May - I called to carry out an inspection and have noted that he had moved most of his items out and had his mail re-directed. I have sinced called at the property and noted he has been back and removed other items, looking like all of them. He is now 2 months behind with his rent (in advance)
Whats my next step - I need to sort this ASAP
