Rent arrears - Options open to me

For the last three months my tenant has only paid part of the rent, giving reason of struggling to get work. They have always paid on time and in full previous to this. The rent is £368PCM.

They have paid the following 1st May) £300, 1st June)£268, 2nd July) £0, making a total of £536 in arrears as of 1st July 2007.

I would like to know what options are open to me?
