I have signed a AST on the 1stFeb 07 for the tenancy to start on the 7th Feb 07. I issued S.21 (1)(B) Notice after signing the agreement.
The expiry date that I have put down was 6th Aug 07.

my questions are:

1. when &how I should service for Accelerated Proceedure possession the court &the tenant?

2. When filling From N5B:
a.what date do I put down in clause 7, If I put 1st Feb it seems that it is before the tenancy started?
b. in clause 3 what date should I put down the date the agreement was made i.e. 1st Feb or the date the AST statarted 7th feb,

3. Do I need a proof of service the s.21 (1)(B) since I gave them after signing the AST and no other witnesses were present.
