my tenants refuse to pay the last payment of their rent before thier AST expires and they are relying on the one month deposit that I hold, they say that they will pay thier debt from the last month but I can see troubles ahead, I will be left with no money to recover for any loss that they have caused ,What am I to do? Thanks for your advice.
