Hope someone can help me asap. I have a Landlord who has issued the wrong section 21 during a fixed term. tenancy started 21.7.06 for a year. They issued a section 21a on the 7.12.06 to end on 20.7.07 The tenant is in serious arrears and they are going to go for possession through the courts. What will happen seeing as they have issued the incorrect section 21 notice. They are going after the tenant for arrears through the small claims court seperately.
