Hi, we have a room only let, let to professionals, all of whom stated they do not smoke. One of them is smoking in their room. We operate a no smoking household because of the change in legislation. It is in their AST, our House Rules and they were told upon viewing.

Has anyone else encountered this and if so what did you do? Other than a sever warning on the legal aspects and possible fines, what can we now do to enforce this?
