ast was assigned over to me on 31/3/7 for six months

bought a property knowing it was tenentant.

understanding rent was £440 per month.

part payed by council part by tenant.

tenant is not forcoming with her rent.

we have been trying to obtain keys since compleation.

we have only got keys for front door.

we have been informed that the tenant has changed the locks

and is not forecoming with a set to me.

i would be very happy for someone to reply.
