My tenant has become unreliable with her rent, like the last two months been late, as i look after the house for someone, ie, collect the rent and pass it on, she would like to get rid of the tenant, what is the best and legal way to do this, the tenants agreement was 6 months, and has well passed,
Would a section 21, be ok..? thankyou.
