I am issuing form N5b (accelerated procedure) but am confused as to how many copies of all the papers I need to send. I've read somewhere that I need 3 copies for each tenant - but does this mean that I am required to send 3 copies directly to the County Court? Or am I suppose to send a copy to the tenant as well?
