I have tenants who are now two weeks behind with the rent. I am being fobbed off with excuses and promises to pay, but still no rent forthcoming. The ast for six months runs out on the 24th august 2007, I issued them with a section 21 at the start of the tenancy. Can I get them out with the section 21 or give them notice for rent arrears? Which is the quickest?What are the procedures? Thanks
